Personal Overview

I am a passionate rugby player. I have played rugby throughout High School and in Matric became 1st team rugby captain. 

In Australia, I played for the Bunbury Bulls RFC during my Gap Year where I played both loose-head and tighthead prop. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and at the end of the season, I was given the privilege of Captaining the squad. Unfortunately, we did not make it out of the semi-finals and the season ended. I was honored to win the Player's Player of the Season award.

When returning to South Africa I focussed on my studies but found that I missed the sport and so started playing in the Carlton League in 2020. After the start of the COVID pandemic, I rejoined Pretoria Rugby Club in 2021 where I ruptured the ligament in my left ankle and was out for the rest of the season due to injury and weakness in my left leg.

At the start of 2022, I joined Harlequins Rugby Club where I will be completing my first full season in the Carlton League. I started on the 4th team and I worked up to start for the 2nd team at TightHead Prop and will be completing my season in September.
