Personal Overview

I've played rugby since the age of 7, and have loved it ever since. I'm a highly motivated person and aim to motivated those around me. Both on and off the pitch i'm a leader, I aim to inspire those around me to perfrom to the best f their ability whilst also maintaining mine.

I've always played prop, i'm stronger technically at loose-head. My scrummaging is my key strength as you can see by the videos below. I've been trained at my club by top props so i understand how to scrummage at a high level. As of this season i am also aplying my trade at hooker. I'm an extremely versatile player who can play pretty much anywhere in the pack if called upon to do so.

I have been a fully qualified referee now since i was 14 and have ever sine refereed very level including adults. i participated in the world record for the longest game of rugby 10s.

I weight train most days as i work at my club where we have a state of the art gym. My 1 rep maxes as of June 7th 2020 are:

Squat: 165kg

Bench press: 105kg

Dead lift: 155kg

Over the last few seasons i've represented Suffolk at u17 level and Eastern counties at u17 and u18. I also had trials for Northampton Saints Academy.

I also at 16 started my own sports marketing business which made rugby highlight reels for players. This progressed very well and I have worked with some top players and agents.
