Personal Overview

Whilst at Watsonians in addition to my XVs I enjoyed playing Sevens on the Kings of the Sevens Circuit and I hold winners medals for the following tournaments- Berwick, Gala, JedForest, Earlston and Peebles. I hold a Kings of the Sevens winners medal for the 2009 circuit where I was top try scorer at the age of 17.

I had experience of playing for Auckland University Rugby Club while on an extended holiday to New Zealand My last two years with Gala have seen us second in the Scottish Premiership both years and semi-finalists both years in the Scottish Cup. I have also enjoyed playing in the British and Irish Cup both years. I finished off a successful season this year as second top try scorer for Gala and won my first cap as a  Scottish Club Internationalist against France in March.

I have enjoyed my rugby career with Gala but now feel ready to take it to the next level and fulfil my lifelong ambition to play professional rugby.  I am keen to move from Scotland and would be interested in playing in England or Italy.

I started my rugby career as an outside centre and have played inside centre but the SRU were keen to play me on the wing and my last few seasons I have been playing on the wing. I would be equally comfortable at centre and on either wing. I am also a confident kicker which is a part of my game I would like to develop.
