Personal Overview

Started my rugby career age 7 on an informal program in South African schools called junior rugby. Started formal 15 man game at age 9 where I played in all the age group A teams as a fly half. Started playing scrum half at age 12 and played for all the age group A teams until Grade 10. Started playing 1st team for St Benedicts College in Grade 10 and was elected for the Golden Lions provincial U/19 team in Grade 12. During my first year in university I represented Univiristy of Johannesburg U/19 aswell as U/20 Young guns varsity cup. I also represende the university of Potchefstroom under 19 in 2015. I have a LLB law degree , with my focus being on my studies I represented HEIMAT 1st 15 in 2018, and 2019 where we made it to the Final of our league.I moved to Japan in 2020 where I have been playing locally for Tokyo Crusaders in the Shuto and Katshushika league. I also started my Rugby League career in 2024 at Tokyo warriors and in 2025 I represented the Japan National Rugby League Team in 3 games , scoring 3 tries.
