Personal Overview

I am a mentally and physically tough individual that can perform strong under pressure and will put my head where most people wouldn't put their feet. I always pride myself on giving 100% in every single training session and match and will do anything to serve the badge on my chest. I'm a born leader, excelling at firing my team mates for a game mentally and bringing everyone together as one force. I have an excellent work rate and will not stop working until the very last second. I am a team player and will put 100% trust and commitment in my team mates around me as I would expect the same back. I set my standards high and strive for nothing less than my absolute best.

Key Skills

Tackling is a key skill of mine. In the Welsh Colleges league, i topped the tackle count for multiple games through the season. Jackling - i also had a good success rate making over 3 turnovers in every game. Lineout - I have been lineout 'captain' in every team i have played for. Very safe pair of hands and strong in the lift, also with a good quick thinking mind to make quick decisions/calls. Rucking - another thing I topped the charts in the Welsh Colleges league was for clean outs at the rucks. I made over 20 clean outs every game with my highest being 32.

Fitness - one of my strongest points is my fitness. I have scored 18.4 in the Yo-
Yo test at Welsh Rugby Union national testing. Commitment – I will always be 100% committed to my team. I believe this can make me a valuable asset to any team.
