One feature of my nature is my desire to improve and progress in all areas. Therefore, I am looking for an opportunity to use rugby as a vehicle to explore globally, experiencing different cultures and settings. With all the coaching experience I have I would also be interested in finding opportunities to continue to develop these skills, alongside an opportunity to play rugby at a high level. Therefore, coaching in the community or helping to coach in a junior or women’s’ set up would be an excellent addition. Some of my playing strengths include a robust defence, both technically and tactically and ability to read a game well. Also, I have a great work rate and competitiveness that is displayed in all areas, both on the field and in the gym. Another strength I have is my communication skills which when working in the back field or up in centers is a vital aspect of both defence and attack. On attack, my work rate again makes me a threat on and off the ball. My evasive skills are strong and in addition to my communication skills I have developed high quality scanning and information processing skills which are effective in both 15 a side and 7 a side rugby.
