Personal Overview

I also play flanker and number 8.

As I am over 200cm tall one of my major rugby playing strengths is my skills in the lineout. From a junior level, I have become adept at jumping at all positions in the lineout. This has also involved myself been the main lineout caller in nearly all the sides I have been involved in. Besides the lineout, I am also a strong ball runner. This involves good body height and speed for a big man and I also contain the ability to offload. In defence, I love being aggressive and getting up into the oppositions face and stopping them getting over the advantage line. One aspect of rugby that I really enjoy is the positive friendships and experiences you gain by been involved in a rugby club. I love participating in all aspects of a rugby club. This includes coaching not only a woman’s side, but also an under 16’s boys side at my current club SCU Marlins. As a player, I am looking for an opportunity to live and play rugby overseas. As a junior, I played at a National championship level. I believe playing overseas will not only improve myself as a rugby player but it will also be an invaluable experience as a person. Any club that takes a chance on me will receive in turn a very loyal, dedicated, enthusiastic player and clubman.
