Personal Overview

My goal in rugby is to achieve my full potential as a player. Through rugby I look to raise my standards and exportations, as well as improve my skills in rugby and life. I look to be able to learn to work hard under extreme pressure and still have the ability to make correct decisions both on and of the pitch, within a team and as a individual.
                 
I see that it is essential to have an egalitarian approach to the team environment, whereby all players need to add value to performance and abide by high standards at all times. As a player, I feel I need to be accountable to my teammates and understand that the team I represent is more than just the players on the field. I respect the team, the individuals within the team and the overall organization I represent.  
            
As a developing player, I understand that it is important to be approachable and actively seek advice from coaching and management to assist my development overall. I consider the most important principles of the game to be; teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline and sportsmanship. My aim is to add value and passion to any team I represent.
