Personal Overview

I play anywhere in the back row but my preferred position is blindside flanker. I've been playing rugby for 16 years. My main strengths are my running game in big contact and broken play and my scrambling defence. I pride myself on being a work horse on the field and in training and strive to put out the highest work rate possible on the day, I do my best to keep myself at a high level of endurance and love fitness. I am mobile and loud around the field and have spent the last 5 rugby seasons in leadership roles - Captain/Vice Captain/Club President
