Personal Overview
I started my provincial career with Eastern Province representing them in the 2005 at the U18 Craven Week. I then moved to the Blue Bulls to further my career representing them in the U18 Craven Week the following year. I represented South Africa at school levels in 2005 and 2006, before making my International debut at the U19 World Cup in 2007.
My outstanding performances in 2011 caught the eye of South African Emerging Sevens coach Arthur Janson, who was quick to include me in his training squad at the end of the year. In 2012, I moved to the Free State to play for the Griffons, where we went onto win the Currie Cup Final in 2014. I was then included in the Cheetahs training squad as part of their preparations for the 2015 Super Rugby Season. In 2015, I moved to Impala Rugby Club where we went onto to win the 2016 SARU Gold Cup. I am a classy fullback/wing/centre with sublime vision, I have brilliant attacking play coupled with accurate kicking out of hand abilities. Possessing both pace and power, I am an explosive outside back, with strong running, superb skills and big defence making sure I never look out of place.
And still only at 29 years of age, I am a young game-breaker who believes I have a bright future ahead of me and that I will be a valuable asset to any side.
