Features a 5-year tenure in the Hartpury 1st XV system, representing the programme at the highest level since the age of 16. Combines 95kg senior physicality with the spatial intelligence and agility developed over 7 years at Cardiff City FC Academy. A proven leader (Dragons Academy, 2020 – 2024;Dragons RFC U18 Captain) who elected to transition to the Hartpury Championship pathway to strategically balance professional rugby with a BSc in Sports Coaching.

• Pathway Consistency: Ever-present member of the Hartpury 1st XV (ACE & BUCS Super Rugby) since 2020.
• National Champion (2025): Core member of the BUCS Super Rugby Milk Championship squad.
• Professional Tier: Hartpury RFC Senior Professional Training Squad (English Championship).

• Injury (May 2023): Sustained a serious leg injury representing Hartpury ACE vs. England U18s.
• Elite Rehabilitation: Rehabilitated by Dragons RFC to Elite Fitness. Following recovery, elected to leave the Regional Academy to focus on University and Championship ambitions.
• Senior Debut (Jan 2024): Awarded Man of the Match on Senior debut for Pontypool RFC at Sardis Road immediately following rehab.
