Personal Overview

I am a dynamic and experienced backline player, specialising at centre and wing, with over 12 years of high-level rugby experience across multiple competitive environments. I’ve competed in England’s National Leagues, the Welsh Championship, and Australia’s prestigious Shute Shield, consistently performing at a high standard in both 15s and 7s formats.

My sevens career includes playing elite-level tournaments across the UK and Europe, including the Super Series, where I’ve demonstrated my pace, agility, and versatility in high-tempo environments. My game is built on strong defensive reads, powerful carries, and quick footwork, with the ability to break the line and create opportunities in open play.

Physically, I bring a solid strength and conditioning base, with current personal bests of 130kg bench press, 190kg squat, and 250kg deadlift, contributing to my explosive power and physical presence on the pitch.

I’m seeking new playing opportunities where I can continue to contribute at a high level and bring value through experience, athleticism, and a strong team mindset.
