Personal Overview

I am a professional track & field sprinter transitioning into a new career in rugby. I played competitive rugby throughout high school, representing the Golden Lions U16 and earning selection to the national Noordvaal team. With a strong foundation in speed, power, and elite-level conditioning, I’m now bringing my competitive mindset, discipline, and athleticism back to the rugby field. I’m highly coachable, physically prepared, and motivated to make an impact at the professional level.
