Personal Overview

Rugby has been a lifelong passion of mine, starting from the age of three when I first picked up a ball in junior school. Since then, I have dedicated myself to the sport, working my way up through the ranks to first-team rugby.

My career has primarily been in rugby league, where I have played professionally in League 1 for Midlands Hurricanes, Keighley Cougars, and Newcastle Thunder. I was also honored to represent England Universities, showcasing my skills at a high level.

In rugby union, I have played for Sunderland RFC, Durham County U20s, Blaydon RFC, and Consett RFC, taking on multiple roles across the field. My versatility allows me to play in the front row, back row, or at 12/13 in rugby union, while in rugby league, I primarily play as a prop or loose forward.

Beyond the pitch, I am deeply committed to my strength and conditioning, following a structured program to continually develop as a player. Balancing my rugby career with my studies, I am currently in my final year as a student paramedic. Despite my academic commitments, I remain fully dedicated to rugby and am happy to travel for the sport.

I take pride in my physicality, work ethic, and adaptability, always striving to push my limits and contribute to any team I play for.
