Personal Overview

My passion for rugby goes beyond the game itself— I'm interested in pushing my limits, improving my skills, and embracing new challenges both on and off the field.

The option to play internationally offers an incredible opportunity to grow not only as an athlete, but also as a person. I’m particularly drawn to France and Spain, where I can utilise my language skills and experience the country’s rich rugby traditions.

As a player, I pride myself on being disciplined, dedicated and hard-working. My commitment extends beyond match days where I deliberately manage my training, nutrition and recovery to optimise performance. My background in Sport and Exercise Science gives me a unique perspective on biomechanics and injury prevention, which I also integrate into my approach to sport.

I am excited to bring my passion, work ethic and determination to a competitive rugby environment abroad, contributing to a team that values growth and success.
