Personal Overview

I have been playing rugby for 18 years, starting at the Northampton Saints Academy from Under 13 to Under 18. At 17, I moved into senior rugby, joining Southwold's First Team as a back row player. At 18, I transitioned to playing hooker for Sudbury in National League 3, consistently performing in the front row.

Alongside my playing career, I have also coached rugby for four years at Finborough School, serving as the Forwards Coach for the 1st XV and Head Coach of the 2nd XV. These coaching roles have developed my leadership and tactical skills, allowing me to support players while continuing to refine my own game.

I’m eager to contribute to a team either as a player or, if the opportunity arises, as a player-coach. My extensive experience in both playing and coaching equips me with a unique perspective and a strong commitment to the sport.
