Personal Overview

I'm a flyhalf who can also be a utility player, playing anywhere in the backline but mainly (10,12,15,9). I began my rugby career as a full-back who loved attacking space and making cover tackles. However, my skill to control a game shifted me into fly-half, the position I love today. I love having to make the right decisions to lead a side to victory and the big pressure moments that may follow. Many rep selectors identified me as one of the best game managers in the NSW countryside. Not only do I pride myself on being a game manager but also as a leader, as noticed by coaches allowing me to captain my local club, regional rep side, and co-captain for the NSW country team. Due to my ability to read the game and strong passing ability, I have filled in at 9 when necessary for teams. In the past year, due to my increased strength and great defensive game, I was put into inside centre for 1st grade at my local club, leading to me playing there for mid-north coast at NSW state champs and for NSW Country at NSW all-schools championships. Many teams have used me as a second-game manager, often at inside-centre over the other fly-half options, because of my defence and ability to straighten up play. I have also played full-back for the NSW country in the 16s and 18s, playing as a second game manager in the full-back position.
