Personal Overview

Hi I am Huub, I am 21 years old and I am from the Netherlands. I am looking for a club outside the Netherlands with the aim to play at the highest level

I played rugby since I was 10. When I finished middle school, at the age of 16, I went to the UK to study and play rugby at Worthing College & Rugby Academy, for one season. After returning to the Netherlands, I was selected for the Dutch Rugby Academy Zuid. I played in the U18 and U20 European Championships for the Netherlands. At the moment I am playing in the highest competition in the Netherlands at the Dukes in 's Hertogenbosch.

I am a well-motivated disciplined player. I play centre as well as wing. I am strong, physical player. Dominant tackler, fast runner and teamplayer.

I want see which level I can achieve in playing rugby. My goal is to become a better and smarter rugby player. I would like to do this outside the Netherlands, where the rugbylevel is higher and tougher than in the Netherlands. Several of my teammates from the Dutch national team play abroad and they made me very enthusiastic to to take this step to explore a new challenge.
