My Name is Elijah Kadir I play for Teddington RFC and currently attend Grey Court School. I rececntly played for Harlequins U16 DPP and have been realsed follwoing onto the U17 PDG season. I belive that I will be a very good addition to any acdemy thats looking for a powerful and energectic centre these are traits that i can be bring to a starting 15. Off the field, I am very dedciated to my craft as have a strict training regimen that targets strength and recovery this represents my great commitment when its comes to rugby. Whether it is playing in uncomformtable situiations I will always try to step up and take on the challenge.

Re:  Rugby Reference for Elijah Kadir

It gives me great pleasure to be writing a rugby reference for Elijah. He is an enthusiastic and highly motivated young man who is devoted to developing his skills and fitness level, showing excellent levels of commitment. He never misses practices or development squads for rugby.

Elijah possesses that determination and real desire to win which is such an important attribute in sport. He will persevere and not give up, pushing himself to achieve. 

Elijah was awarded a place on our sport scholarship programme in year 7. These worthy students were carefully selected and given 3 extra lessons of PE per week to further develop their high level of skill, technique and understanding. Elijah has impressed the PE department immensely over the past 5 years and was awarded our sportsperson of the year award in year 10.

Elijah plays outside centre in our U16A rugby team. He also plays this position for his club team Teddington. He is an exceptionally quick and powerful ball carrier who possesses great feet which bamboozle defenders. He has finished top try scorer for the past 4 seasons. Elijah is currently part of the Harlequins DPP squad. They train twice a week at Gordon's School and Surrey Sports Park. This in itself demonstrates excellent commitment as he needs to combine these sessions with his school work. I am hearing very positive reports regarding his progress.

Elijah is also one of our most talented sprinters. His Personal Best for the 100m is 11.8 and 23.4 for the 200m. Elijah also throws the shot 12.10m. Elijah has been a member of our Borough winning team for the past 4 years and was also part of our English Schools team which finished 9th in the country last year. 

It has been superb to teach Elijah for the past 5 years. He is a lovely young man who has tremendous talent. In my opinion, Elijah would be the ideal fit for any rugby acdamey and I highly recommend him.
