Personal Overview

Upon being introduced to rugby in high school, Aidan immediately embraced the game and devoted a significant amount of time to becoming the best player possible. Determined to develop the fundamental skills of the game, Aidan has continued to put himself in positions to improve, working with different coaches and players throughout his career. Since the inception of the league, Aidan has always wanted to play in the MLR. Having played with Rugby New York Foundry, Aidan has a good understanding of what it takes to be a professional

New York Foundry (Academy), Jersey City, NJ, 2021-Present

-          Played two seasons with the Rugby New York Academy Program under coach Mike Petri

-          Practiced with Old Blue Rugby Club, a premier men’s team in New York City

-          Have played Toronto Arrow, New England, and other select teams with and against top-talent across the country

-          Participated in several first-team practices with Rugby New York, playing alongside former World Cup winners and current international players

University of Scranton (University), Scranton, PA, 2020-Present

-          On-field captain from Sophomore to Senior year for both 7s and 15s

-          Led the team to an NCR 12^th overall finish in 15s in NCR Division II senior year

-          Finished 10^th sophomore year and 7^th junior year at NCR’s national 7s tournament in NCR Division II

-          Three-time All-Star selection for the Mid-Atlantic Sharks

-          Goff Rugby Report “DII Gamebreaker” on two separate occasions

-          Goff Rugby Report “Top DII Scrum halves” for the three years consecutively

Union Rugby Men’s Club (Club), Cranford, NJ, 2020-Present

-          Played with Union Men’s Club, one of the best Division III men’s club in the country

-          Participated in touch rugby games three times a week during three summers to hone my skills

-          Gone on tour with the team to Lake Placid, New York, to play in the Pan-Am Men’s tournament in various divisions

St. Peter’s Prep (High School), Jersey City, NJ, 2016-2020

-          Played A-Side for all 4 years of high school in both 7s and 15s

-          Team Captain for 3 out of 4 years

-          Captained a New Jersey All-Star Team in 7s at the New York 7s Tournament on Randall’s Island
