Personal Overview

I am confident and have the ability to easily build report and relationships with people. I am a hardworking and committed person who can work with various types of people through the experience I gained playing rugby and working part time on weekends. I challenge myself as a person and all the experience I gain provide me an opportunity of growth. I have been playing rugby since Grade 1 of school until Grade 12, it has always been my passion and the Cullinan combined School rewarded me an honorary pin for playing rugby and representing the school. My team won the “Small Schools League” in consecutive years, and we also took part in finals of the “Beeld Trophy” (also known as Virseker Trophy) I changed schools in 2017 and went to Montana High school in Pretoria where I advanced from 3rd team to 1st team in that same year. During my final school year in 2018, I played mostly in the 2nd team and also represented the 1st team of my school. During 2018 the Montana school 2nd team won Gold in the Northwest University PUK campaign, and I am proud to have been part of that team and their success. I joined the International Rugby Institute in 2019 where I had the opportunity to improve my skills for my position and I have been privileged to have played for the Naka Bulls club in the Volcano Cup U20 campaign and have been called on to represent the Limpopo Bulls U20 provincial team for the Curry Cup. During 2019 I had the privilege to play international rugby and was invited to join the Hannover 78 Club in Germany for 3 months where I played Bundesliga 1st division Rugby where we went on to win the regional campaign at club level for the past 5 years. I was chosen to represent the TUT Vikings in the Varsity Shield league during 2021 however only played a short span of one game due to injury I obtained during practice, and which ended my participating further during the competition. I want to become a professional rugby player and have always worked hard to achieve success. I am never giving up on my dream and will keep going until I achieve success.
