About me:

I pride myself in having a high work rate around the field by being one of the fittest in the team, making strong tackles, disrupting rucks and being in support for an offload or a simple draw and pass. Another strength I implement into my game is my technical use of footwork before contact to target weak shoulders in order to get past the gain line and build forward momentum for the team. Over the years I’ve realized that these strengths have led me to become a leader within a team on and off the field. The year 2019 being offered the captaincy role for the St Andrews 1st XV rugby team, then later on to 2021/22 the defensive leader for the premier div 1 team Lincoln University Rams gave me the skills and ability to control my emotions, remain cool headed so I can make clear and well thought out decisions as well as knowing how to encourage the team to go that extra mile and be the hardest working team in the competition.
