Personal Overview

My name is Rhiannon Ford, and I am writing to you to express my interest in playing rugby over in the UK. To give you a brief background of my rugby playing experience, I started out as a junior and have now been playing for over 20 years. As an experienced player, I have spent time in different positions which has given me a great understanding of the game. Over this time I have become a specialist no.6, and am confident and competent at 7 as well. I have several accolades, including being Captain of the Australian Police Women’s Rugby Team to complete at the World Police and Fire Games in Canada this year.

I am very keen to expand my playing experience and would love the opportunity to be a part of a new team. With my level of experience, willingness to play hard, and my skill set, I can be a great asset to your team. I am a reliable player who displays discipline, commitment, and passion on and off the field.
