Personal Overview

I started playing rugby from the age 10 whereby I developed a keen pasion and interest for the game. I learnt from a young age to be highly motivational for myself to better my game and to benifit my team and our  overall performance. This encouraged me to be highly competitive with a passion for success. Although I never captained the team in an offical capacity I learnt how to encourage my team mates with leadership qualities.

  I represented my school's rugby team, Whitchuch high school, prodominantly playing Prop. I excelled in this position and was scouted to play for Cardiff Schools rugby teams.  I then went on to play for  the highly sort after Rhiwbina RFC until senior level.

I was scouted again by Cardiff RFC which is premiership level,remaining in my prop position where by we acheived great success as a team. I remained with Cardiff RFC for 4 sessions. 

I am currently playing at championship level for TATA Steel RFC .I have passion for traveling internationally and would like to explore my options and share my experience overseas. 

From my rugby career I have developed my organisational skills by setting out my weekly training scedules, nutritionally fuelled to give a maxiumum performance to enhance my rehabilation before and after training and match days.
