Personal Overview

I am a  highly-ambitious 22 year old rugby player, based in Central Scotland who currently plays their rugby for the Heriots Blues Men side. I have previous experience with Stirling County RFC youth and senior section, playing at both Back-Row and on the Wing, with my primary position being Winger since the 2019/20 season.

During my time in age-grade rugby, I played for my regional side 'Caledonia' at U16, U18, and U19. During the 2018/19 season, I was selected as part of the U18 Scotland Club Select XV to play against Scotland U18's in preparation for that year's U18 Six Nations. I was also part of the squad that won the U18 Scottish Cup for the 2017/18 season, and were semi-finalists for the following year.

I have recently completed 5-months in Stellenbosch, South Africa participating in a high-performance rugby development programme at their local academy of sport (https://www.sasrugby.com/programmes/sasrii-stellenbosch-rugby-academy/). My time here has helped me realise that playing Rugby as a career is something I want to pursue and I believe I have the potential to be successful in doing so.
