Personal Overview

I am strong, aggressive in defence, fast and agile in attack and an skillfull finisher.  Coupled with this I have accumulated a good Rugby I.Q. and a tactical understanding of the game.  I am coachable and above all have a very strong desire to succeed.

I've been playing Rugby continually since the age of 12 and always with the aim of one day becoming a professional player. 

I'm currently attending an 8 month long seniors program at Rugby Academy Ireland (RAI) to improve my all round game skills, rugby knowledge, strength and conditioning. 

Also whilst at  RAI I'm undertaking iTEC Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach vocational certification.

I also hold USA Rugby L100 Strength/Conditioning certification and L100 & L200 Coaching certification.

I am looking to play Rugby at the highest level I can anywhere in the world.
