Personal Overview

Since I started playing I have been and still am extremely passionate about it. I have a great love for the game and therefore I enjoy it and set out to make it a career for myself.

I am a very determined and hardworking person who is always prepared to go the extra mile in order to improve myself as a rugby player and as a person in general. I am also a very friendly person that can easily adapt to situations within my rugby both on and off the field. As a player I treat every training session, gym session and game as equally important and give my all at every session and game. I am always open to receiving advice and positive criticism about my rugby. All advice and criticism is highly valued and of utmost importance to me as a player as I believe that it is extremely crucial in allowing me to progress and be a better rugby player at all times.

Through all my years of playing rugby I was exposed to and have played almost every position. Finally I settled with playing loose head or tight head prop and I am very happy and comfortable with playing these positions. I feel that my exposure to playing almost all rugby positions contributed to me being a hardworking and mobile prop that loves being all over the playing field and also carrying the ball to make as much meters as possible. It also increased my confidence and allowed me to play quite a hard game of rugby. My exposure to different positions has contributed to me being slightly different to other props. I am proud to say that I know my position, and role in a team, really well and I feel that I can be a real asset to any team I play for.
