An ambitious individual and an exceptional team member, highly self motivated and able to motivate others: I am currently looking for a challenging position that will compliment ever-increasing levels of knowledge and experience. Currently I am in the process of building up a new company ADAPT-Rugby Ltd which will cover athlete and coach development, mentoring and performance training. I work with Essex RFU on elite player and coach development and I am a registered RFU Coach Educator.
