I have a proven track record of achievement, both within the working environment and
through extra-curricular activities. I have won numerous awards throughout my working ca-
reer but have still managed to maintain a balance with my social activities.
As a person who is involved in many activities, I have developed excellent organisational
skills to ensure I plan my time effectively. This enables me to achieve maximum output in
minimum time, as well as handle several activities simultaneously.
I have a responsible and mature approach to any task I undertake, or situation that I am pre-
sented with. I believe these assets will stand me in good stead for any future positions
that I undertake.
Management positions:
2009/10: (Professional)
Team manager for the Celtic crusaders to run and manage all age grade teams.
From under 14s to the 1st team.
Wales Rugby League U14s to the national team managing day to day running of up
and coming international games.
Day to day work including liaising with the RFL on rules and regulations regarding
safeguarding under 14s and up, running day to day player issues such as housing
pay etc.
Making sure all travel was in place for away games, working with head coaches re-
garding kit payments and training venues.
Making sure physiotherapist and doctors were available on match days also work
with stadium managers regarding changing facilities and entrance and exits if in case
of fire etc.
Making sure player welfare was up to high standards.
Meet with physiotherapists regarding player injuries and are on course within the
mandatory time frame to get them back fit.
Work closely with the kit manager regarding playing kit and if any issues should
arise, replenishment of kit immediately from suppliers.
Realise updates on upcoming games and monitor player injuries with the media
manager also work with him/her regarding programme notes.
Report to the GM for weekly updates on all aspects of the rugby playing side.
Make sure players wages were on time and correct.Work with the club house manager regarding refreshments for the player’s pre/post-
match,
Liaise with Nutrition Company regarding stock and supplements.
Work with players regarding media and sponsor comments.
Liaise with lease car companies for players cars and mileage allocation. (Monthly
meets)
Meet with community managers regarding community initiatives that we are under-
taking (schools and clubs)
Contract negotiations with players then report to the GM to discuss player’s options
and increase in certain aspects of the new contract.

the local area to come and play for Maesteg.

men and women and families.
The charity was set up to bring to light how families cope with loved ones killed or
injured in action, we would go into homes to help with garden maintenance and
home improvements that the service person would normally carry out.
My duties included help source players and playing kit, also transport locally and in-
ternationally.
2017-2018 took a year out to spend with my family.

Working towards level 2 rugby league. Then level 3
