Additionally I have been a training teachers as a lecturer and co-ordinator at Artevelde University of Applied Sciences for almost 7 years. I have a Master’s in Education (magna cum laude) as well as a Bachelor’s degree in teaching. Additionally I am working on my Level 3 coaching degree, I hold a director of rugby degree and have a Level 3 referee degree. These qualifications and my years of practical experience have provided me with a deep understanding of the game and the skills needed to coach and develop players and coaches to their full potential.

As a Director of Rugby, I have successfully managed the development of a club that started with 15 schoolboys to a club with 350 players, aged from under 6 years old to above 60. I have guided the club from the lowest division in Belgium to the highest in only 15 years. Now we have teams at both the grassroots and elite levels. I built a durable development program that can deliver long-term success. The model is focussed on supporting players and coaches in their personal ambitions by providing them with meaningful tools and programs
