Rugby Coach (World Rugby Level 3) & Football Coach (UEFA Level 2) with over 25 years of experience in high-performance environments, combining technical coaching expertise with strong leadership and sports management capabilities.

I have coached across all levels—from grassroots and youth development to senior and representative teams—achieving consistent competitive success. My experience includes serving as Head Coach at club level, leading regional youth representative programs for over eight years, and contributing as Forwards Coach for Colombia’s U20 national rugby team.

Throughout my career, I have built and developed winning teams, including multiple Bogotá Rugby Union championships and national runner-up finishes. More recently, I have contributed to club development in Spain, achieving historic results such as top league defensive performance and promotion contention.

Beyond coaching, I bring a unique strategic perspective shaped by executive leadership experience, including managing large-scale operations, leading multidisciplinary teams, and implementing performance-driven systems. I have successfully developed academies, increased player participation, and designed growth models in different countries, always focused on sustainable success and operational excellence.

With over 30 years as a player, I offer a deep understanding of the game that allows me to identify development opportunities and optimize both individual and team performance. I am passionate about building strong team cultures, fostering innovation, and aligning players around clear, shared objectives.
