Rugby Coach Certified Level 3 World Rugby, with 20 years of integral experiences as sport coach. Focused nowadays con senior process, but with several experiences at different levels. I stand out, for having a macro view of the sport, with more than 30 years of practice as a player, with makes it easier for me to detect new possibilities. I mobilize teams with new ventures and actions. I encourage people to work with focus on where we are going. I find good methodologies to manage groups. I enjoy speaking in public in front of large audiences. I am an energy giver.  I perceive diversity as an opportunity to prosper.
