Rugby Coach (Level 3 Certified by World Rugby) and Football Coach (Level 2 Certified) with 25 years of comprehensive experience as a sports coach. I have coached at all levels, including children, youth, and senior teams, as well as regional and national squads. For over 8 years, I served as the coach for regional youth representative teams and also as the head coach of a senior women's team. Additionally, I was part of the coaching staff for Colombia’s U20 national rugby team as a forwards coach.

My extensive playing background, spanning more than 30 years, gives me a holistic understanding of the game and enables me to identify opportunities for growth and development. I excel at fostering innovation within teams, inspiring focus on shared goals, and implementing effective group management methodologies.
