German-born American coach, currently based in the Midwest United States. I have spent the past six years coaching in high-performance environments in both the men's & women's game. I have a proven track record of dramatically and rapidly improving under-performing clubs in high pressure environments.

Accomplishements

2022 – Coming out of COVID, Chicago North Shore (WPL – Top Domestic Women's League) was around 80-100 points behind the top teams in the WPL. In just five months, we closed the gap to 30-40 points, achieved the club's highest ever finish in the WPL (6th from 10), largest ever points total in a WPL match, and largest ever margin of victory in a WPL match.

2021 – Completed a strategic plan with the men's program at the University of Illinois to create a 100+ player intramural league to feed two high-performance sides. Created a staff & organizational structure to have coaching alignment between the community and high-performance sides. During the Fall competitive season, the 2nd XV were undefeated champions of their competition. The Varsity XV continued to be a Top 25 collegiate men's program in the United States.

2021 – Coached Chicago Area Rugby Football Union Senior Men Selects to 3-0 record at the Western LAU’s tournament: the side’s best performance in six years. More than a third of the squad and the entire backline were selected to advance to the next stage of the Midwest Thunderbirds selection process. CARFU was most represented union in next selection round.

2019 – Goff Rugby Report named men's program at University of Illinois the Top Surprise Standout Team of 2019.

2015 – New York City & State DIII Men's Champions
