Welcome to my profile. Rugby has always been my passion. After years of playing , I decided to get into coaching working my way up through the grades from children and rugby development, provincial age grade representitive, woman's rugby, through to senior mens grades and the many courses along the way.

For me personally  I love the opportunities coaching rugby can present. The satisfaction of being part of a team and motivating each individual to be the best they can be, believing in themselves and to transition this within the team. Hard work pays off and you have to balance that with fun. I am dedicated, passionate and self driven to empower and to create a successful team environment and culture.

At times I like to think outside the square and add a little surprise factor to my coaching style. I have coached in New Zealand and overseas and have loved the countries  and cultures that I have experienced. I install defensive pride and attacking attarctive rugby within the teams I coach. Currently coaching in the Ekstraliga Poland.
