I am an experienced rugby coach who has worked with both female players from the Italian national team and professional male players. My coaching specialties include scrum, lineout, and defense, and I am highly ambitious and driven to maximize the potential of teams through collaboration with esteemed professionals in the field. I have developed a player-led and coach-driven approach to training that emphasizes the power of relationships, two-way communication, and creativity. I am also fluent in Italian, English, Spanish, and have a good grasp of French. I utilize my passion for rugby and linguistic abilities to promote the sport and grow a sporting culture in today's young people. I provide guidance, mentoring, and support for players, contributing to their development, recruitment, and talent identification. I am committed to taking a proactive approach to nurturing talent and ensuring that each player reaches their full potential and contributes to the team's success.
