Club Overview
WARWICKSHIRE BASED CLUB, EARLSDON RFC WHO CURRENTLY PLAY IN LEVEL 7, ARE SEEKING TWO PLAYER COACHES FOR THE 2024-25 SEASON. THE CLUB IS VERY PROGRESSIVE AND RETAIN THE OLD FASHIONED VALUES OF A RUGBY CLUB, WHICH INCLUDES PLAY HARD AND ENJOY HARD.
WE ARE LOOKING TO PROGRESS THE CLUB TO A NEW LEVEL AND REQUIRE 1 OR 2 PLAYER COACHES.
APPLICANTS FOR THE PLAYER COACHES POSITION,MUST HAVE PLAYED AT LEVEL 5 OR ABOVE AND HAVE HAD SOME EXPERIENCE OF COACHING. FOR THESE POSITIONS WE ARE HAPPY TO HELP ANY SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES TOWARDS ANY ACCREDITATION THEY NEED.THESE ARE BOTH CONTRACTED AND SALARIED POSITIONS. THE PACKAGES WILL BE DISCUSSED AT THE INTERVIEW STAGE.
THIS WOULD BE A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR A PLAYER OR PLAYER COACH TO PROGRESS THEIR EXPERIENCE WITH THE HELP OF A FORWARD THINKING CLUB AND A GROUP OF EXTREMELY TALENTED PLAYERS WHO WOULD BENEFIT FROM SOME FRESH DIRECTION AND MORE IMPORTANTLY SOME FRESH MENTORING AND LEADERSHIP
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WOULD NEED TO BE IN PLACE BY JULY 2024 AND WOULD NEED TO BE ABLE TO COACH/PLAY IN THE UK. Club Details
Attractive package to the right candidates. We need 1 forward and 1 threequarter. Most important attributes needed are that you are a leader/mentor and are able to coach young players on the field as well as the training paddock. We have fantastic facillities these include fully floodlit traing pitch and areas, scrum machines, fully qualified physios for all senior teams, 3 full size pitches. A massive mini and junior section. Untapped potential as a club. Multi sports facillity including Netball, American football, touch rugby and walking rugby sections. Would prefer the candidates to be based in the Midlands, but we are open to anyone perhaps moving to the area. Some help with accomodation could be given if needed to an exceptional candidate.
