SEASON: Summer 7's (mid May through mid August 2022) and 15's season (mid August through late November 2022)
Club Overview
We are a top one of the top 20 or so clubs in the entire United States in both 15's & 7's. We field a D1 and D2 side. We have an active player pool of about 60-80 players. We are affiliated with Sporting Kansas City which is the professional soccer team here in Kansas City. This means we have top notch facilities. We also have a talented coaching staff and one of the best and most professional online presences in USA Rugby (see our website at www.kcblues.org and Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/kcbluesrugby as well as our instagram and Twitter pages @kcbluesrugby). Our club is a great launching pad to get noticed and obtain an MLR contract. However, as with most clubs in the States we are limited in resources but we can offer free housing accommodation, consistent cash work, sponsored kit & travel and a gym membership. Flight assistance and modest match fees also available for the right players. You must handle your own VISA acomodations. We suggest looking into the 6 month B2 Tourist VISA or for certain countries you may be able to visit the USA for up to 90 days without a VISA.
