Job Title: Colts Rugby Team Coach**

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a passionate and experienced coach to lead our Colts rugby team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the game, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to developing young players both on and off the field.

**Responsibilities:**
- Plan and deliver engaging training sessions that focus on skill development, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that emphasizes respect, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Develop individualized coaching plans for players to maximize their potential and progression within the team.
- Coordinate with club officials, parents, and other coaches to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
- Attend matches and provide strategic guidance and support to players during game days.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for players, instilling a passion for rugby and promoting personal growth and development.

**Requirements:**
- Previous coaching experience, preferably at the youth or Colts level.
- Strong knowledge of rugby rules, tactics, and player development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young players.
- Willingness to undergo relevant background checks and coaching certifications.
