Club Overview

Colchester are celebrating their centenary next season. We currently play in Regional 1 South East and have ambitions to play in National 2 next year. In the 2022/23 season we finished 3^rd and are currently leading the league in 2023/24. The club moved to fantastic new grounds and clubhouse in 2021 and have an international standard latest generation 3G pitch as well as 4 grass pitches, 2 of which are floodlit. We have a professional support team of high quality coaches, strength and conditioning and Premiership standard physio support.

Club Details

The Rugby Club is based on the outskirts of Colchester, with excellent transport links by Road & Rail. Trains to London taking about 50 mins.

We run 4/5 adult men’s teams, a women’s team and a very large girls, youth and mini section. All the adult teams play in a league.

The club has a large and enthusiastic support base locally with good home crowds.

We can offer an appropriate renumeration package for the right players and assistance with finding employment locally. We welcome overseas players but to be eligible for the remuneration package players, however you must have an ancestry visa or a youth mobility visa that entitles you to work in the UK.
