Club Overview

The Wagga Waratahs Rugby Club, established on the 2nd of March 1959, is steeped in tradition and camaraderie. Known for its competitive spirit and community-driven ethos, the club offers its members the opportunity to forge lifelong friendships and enjoy an active social life. With strong roots in the Riverina community, the Waratahs are backed by a dedicated Old Boy’s Association, a passionate supporter base, and over 40 years of partnership with Romano’s Hotel.

In recent years, the Waratahs have cemented their dominance on the field, winning back-to-back grand finals in 2023 and 2024. The club is looking to continue this success and further its dominance into the 2025 season.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions: Hooker, Tighthead Prop, Loosehead Prop, Centre, and Loose Forward. While we do not pay players, we offer full-time employment opportunities in:

• Agricultural Sales
• Mechanics
• Labourers
• Plant Operators
