Club Overview

Royal RFC Schaumburg is a grassroots club based in northern Germany. As the only rugby club within the distance of 40 km we are developing rugby in the local community. Our focus is to built a strong foundation for the club. Therefore we set up a cooperation program where we do regular sports and rugby sessions in kindergarten and schools. After being effected by the pandemic the program is running successfully and is expending, therefore we are in the need of additional youth coaches.

Both our adult teams (men 15s and women 7s) where given the circumstances quite successfully. Currently we are in the position to rebuilt both teams and are planning to recruit a few international players to bolster up our squads. We can offer a retainer for coaching and you can access the pitch as well as our gym at anytime. We can also support you to find a job and a cheap accomodation.

The perfect candidate meets the following requirements: 

- MUST Hold a passport from: Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, (any) European-passport, Hong Kong, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Liechtenstein, Norway, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Uruguay

- MUST be between 18 and 30 years old (all countries listed above except for any European-Passport holder or Canada) / between 18 and 35 years old (Canada)

- MUST Have no criminal record

- SHOULD Have an international driving licence
