Club Overview

The Border Rugby Club is the heart of the country town of Waverley in northern Wanganui, North Island, New Zealand. We are a rural community with a great support base and access to some of the provinces best coaches. We are consistent semi finalists looking to go that step further. Waverley is 5 minutes from the beach, 45 minutes from the mountains and half an hour from a city. We are interested in players who have the ability to play heartland championship rugby for the province, and are also team-first people keen to make an impact on our rugby mad town and club.
